RICHARD M. NIXON | 131

The young Richard Nixon was an excellent student, earning high grades and becoming active in several extracurricular activities, so it’s not a surprise that he has an IQ of 131. After graduating from law school, he applied to work with the FBI. However, he never got a response, so he decided to practice as a lawyer, join a small law firm, and work his way up to become a partner. In addition, Nixon also received acclaim for his military service during World War II.

After that, Nixon bet on his political career and ran for president twice, winning the second time. His story would speak of sheer persistence and intellectual accomplishments, including major foreign policy achievements. However, he had personal troubles to the point that he decided to resign from office in disgrace, and he is the only US president to do so.
