Steven Jones is a Welsh TV presenter who is best known to American audiences for hosting the first season of The X Factor USA. While he managed to charm viewers, the same cannot be said when it comes to Simon Cowell. It was Cowell’s decision that led to Jones being fired from the show. Some do argue that Cowell is in the right and that doing so would only benefit the program’s investment planning in the long run. After all, while he is quite affable, Jones did receive quite a bit of criticism when it comes to his hosting. There are those who even say that the “fall” was inevitable.

For season 2 of the program, he was replaced by Mario Lopez and Khloe Kardashian. Nonetheless, Jones is grateful for the opportunity to work in the American market. After all, he has also found his success and is the lead for Channel 4 F1’s presenting team.
