Elton John & David Furnish

Sir Elton John, 73, and his partner, David Furnish, 57, have been married for 27 years and are still going strong. When asked about how they met, Elton told Parade, “I went back to my house in Windsor for a while.” “I wanted to meet new people, so I called a friend in London and asked, ‘Could you please assemble a group of new people for dinner here on Saturday?” David, his future husband, was one of the guests at the dinner party. “I was instantly drawn to David,” Elton reflected. “He was well-dressed and reserved. We had dinner the next night.”

John told a source, “I love every minute of fatherhood.” “Staying up all night, changing diapers, and dealing with screaming children is both amusing and inspiring to me. It gives you a different perspective on the world.” Both John and Furnish’s sons were born via surrogate. They first welcomed Zachary in 2010 and then Elijah in 2013. They were definitely excellent investments for the couple!
